Absolute Beginner Adults

Kick start your learning with the Absolute Beginners classes. You will learn the absolute basics of using your machine and you'll start on your first project. Choose to make either a simple tote bag, cushion cover or lounge shorts/pants for adults or kids.
After this class you will graduate to Sewing Group classes

⦁ Choose to pay either a deposit to secure your place, with the balance due at your first lesson or pay the full amount.
⦁ Cancellations - should you cancel your first lesson, still please attend the following week and you can make up the one you didn't attend (when a space is available). If you miss the last one, you can make it up (when a space is available).
⦁ At checkout you will be asked for your email address & mobile number.
⦁ Once you have checked out you will receive a downloadable link with detailed information about the class including what to bring, what fabrics you will need, where to go, where to park. If you don't receive it or cannot access it, please email [email protected]

Don't have your own sewing machine just yet? You can hire one!
Don't have scissors or supplies? Try before you buy and just use mine or purchase one of the MISS MARY KITS in the shop, that contain my most fav products.
The thought of fabric shopping overwhelms you? Purchase a MISS MARY KIT to use for your first project in class. Otherwise choose your fabric on the day, I have plenty to choose from.

Cancellation Policy - 7 days prior, you may reschedule into next available course if necessary and if available.
Should you cancel 24 hours prior, there are no refunds, so please attend your second class. Rescheduling into the next course is not an option. I will do my best to book you into a complimentary 2 hour weeknight class to make up the one you lost. This is subject to availability. Any questions, please ask.
